Lots going on in First Grade!

What a busy time!  We have library books and have started Accelerated Reader!  You are doing a great job!  Remember to read your book three or more times.  Ask questions to be sure you know your book:  Who? Where?  When?  What happened in the beginning, middle, and end?  What was the problem?  Some of you have Seeing Star lists you are working on at home.  Remember, there are 40 lists to know by the end of first grade!  Work hard to learn all of these words!  If you have a bookbag at home, read these and bring them back to get  new books. This will help you become a better reader in first grade!
